Digital Marketing Intern - Meta Ads

Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented

Digital Marketing Intern

with a keen interest in paid advertising, particularly on

Meta Ads Manager

(Facebook & Instagram). This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in planning, executing, and optimizing ad campaigns for lead generation, traffic, and engagement.

You will work closely with the digital marketing team to support campaign management, learn how to analyze key performance metrics, and contribute to the growth of our online presence.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in setting up and managing campaigns on Meta Ads Manager (Lead Generation, Traffic, Calls). Monitor and report on daily campaign metrics such as

CPL, CTR, Impressions, and Reach

. Support the optimization of campaigns by learning to adjust

targeting, placements, creatives, and budgets

. Collaborate with the design and content teams to help develop effective ad creatives. Learn how to evaluate lead quality and support efforts to improve

cost per acquisition

. Coordinate with the sales/CRM team to understand feedback on lead conversion and campaign effectiveness. Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in Meta advertising and digital marketing.

Requirements

Currently pursuing or recently completed a

Bachelor's degree

in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Basic understanding of

Meta Ads

and digital marketing concepts. Interest in learning about

performance marketing, lead generation, and conversion tracking

. Good analytical and problem-solving abilities. Strong communication skills and a collaborative attitude. Eagerness to learn in a

fast-paced, results-driven

environment.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

Exposure to Meta Ads Manager or any paid media platform through coursework or previous internships. Familiarity with

CRM tools

and how ads integrate with them. Creative mindset with an interest in

design, messaging, and user engagement

Pay: ₹2,500.00 - ₹5,000.00 per month
