The Growth Marketers is a dynamic and fast-growing digital marketing agency specializing in helping businesses achieve their growth objectives. We are seeking highly motivated and talented individuals to join our team as Digital Marketing Interns, with a specific focus on email marketing and automation tasks. This is an excellent opportunity for aspiring digital marketers to gain hands-on experience and contribute to our clients\' success. Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and implementing email marketing strategies for our clients, aimed at increasing engagement, conversions, and customer retention.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling email campaigns that align with clients\' goals and target audience.
• Execute end-to-end email marketing campaigns, including email creation, scheduling, testing, and tracking performance metrics.
• Support the development of email automation workflows to optimize customer journeys and nurture leads through various stages of the sales funnel.
• Monitor and analyze email marketing metrics, such as open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and deliverability, to identify areas for improvement and propose actionable insights.
• Conduct A/B tests to optimize email subject lines, content, layout, and calls-to-action for maximum performance.
• Maintain email marketing calendars, ensuring timely delivery of campaigns and adherence to client requirements.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in email marketing and automation, incorporating new strategies and technologies into our campaigns.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a bachelor\'s degree in engineering, marketing, communications, or a related field. Recent graduates are also welcome to apply.
• Basic understanding of email marketing principles and best practices.
• Familiarity with popular email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, Constant Contact, or HubSpot.
• Strong written communication skills with an eye for detail and grammar.
• Creative mindset with the ability to craft engaging email content and subject lines.
• Analytical thinking and the ability to interpret data to drive actionable insights.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Enthusiasm for digital marketing and eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools.
• Previous experience with email marketing or marketing automation platforms is a plus but not required.

Duration and Compensation:

• This is a paid internship position.
• The internship duration will be 6 months, with the possibility of extension based on performance and company requirements.
