Key Responsibilities

? Manage, monitor, and optimize digital marketing activities across all social media platforms.
? Write high-quality, keyword-oriented content with a strong focus on SEO.
? Assist in designing and optimizing marketing and automation workflows.
? Track, analyze, and report website performance using tools like Google Analytics to improve conversions.
? Create UGC-style content when required and coordinate with design, web, and client teams.
? Prepare detailed social media performance reports using tools such as Looker Studio and others.
? Work with platforms like

AI Sensy

for WhatsApp automation and

HubSpot

for tracking marketing activities.
? Stay updated with current digital trends, tools, and industry innovations.

Skills & Qualifications

? Strong understanding of SMM, SMO, Digital Marketing fundamentals, and content strategy.
? Basic knowledge of marketing automation and WhatsApp automation tools.
? Analytical mindset with familiarity in web analytics tools.
? Excellent communication, creativity, and attention to detail.
? Understanding of B2B and B2C marketing concepts.
? Prior experience in social media management is an added advantage.
? Must stay updated with current trends and be comfortable using AI tools.

? Knowledge of WordPress website development is a strong plus.
