Roles & Responsibilities:

Create visually appealing brand creatives using Canva for posts, stories, reels, and ads. Plan, draft, and schedule engaging content across platforms like Instagram and Facebook. Handle WhatsApp Business Account Monitor audience engagement (likes, comments, DMs) and respond in a timely, brand-aligned manner. Stay updated with social media trends and suggest creative campaign ideas. Assist in organizing and promoting digital campaigns, events, or contests. Track key metrics and assist in creating monthly performance reports.

Requirements:

Strong understanding of Instagram and Facebook social media platforms. Hands-on experience with Canva. Creative eye for design, branding, and visual storytelling. Excellent communication and copywriting skills. Basic knowledge of digital marketing concepts is a plus. Organized, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
