Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising
Manage and maintain the company's social media presence (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, etc.)
Develop engaging content for social media, blogs, email, and websites
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing
Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints
Manage online brand and product campaigns to raise brand awareness
Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field
Proven experience in digital marketing or related role (1-3 years minimum preferred)
Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Hotjar)
Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) campaigns
Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints is a plus
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, Zoho) is a plus
Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills
Preferred Skills:
Graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
Video editing skills (for reels, shorts, or YouTube content)
Knowledge of affiliate and influencer marketing
