Role and responsibilities:-

Assist in planning, creating and managing paid campaigns on Google Ads and Meta. Set up new campaigns for admissions, events, brand awareness and engagement. Monitor daily performance, analyse results and suggest improvements. Build custom, retargeting and lookalike audiences based on website visitors, leads and engagement data. Use remarketing strategies to re-engage parents who visited landing pages or interacted with past campaigns. Conduct keyword research for search campaigns (Google Ads). Identify high-intent keywords for school admissions. Optimise keywords, negative keywords and ad groups for better performance. Draft clear, engaging and parent-focused headlines and descriptions for Google and Facebook ads. Suggest variations for A/B testing to improve CTR and conversions. Track essential metrics (CTR, CPC, conversions, cost per lead, audience performance). Prepare weekly performance reports with insights for optimisation. Maintain campaign sheets and update lead performance regularly. Work with design and content teams for ad creatives. Ensure campaigns follow school branding and admission messaging. Assist in landing page checks for accuracy, CTAs and lead form functionality. Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends in the education sector. Learn tools used for campaign tracking, analytics and automation.
