This role offers the opportunity to create a significant online presence for Recruiting Genie and its founder in the recruitment space. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about leveraging social media platforms and website content to build both personal and business brands. Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to enhance Recruiting Genie\'s online presence.
• Create engaging content for social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook) to increase brand awareness and drive traffic to the website.
• Manage and grow social media accounts by regularly posting relevant content, engaging with followers, and participating in industry discussions.
• Conduct research on industry trends, competitor strategies, and audience preferences to optimize marketing efforts.
• Collaborate with founder to develop innovative campaigns and initiatives.
• Assist in website content creation and optimization to improve SEO and user experience.
• Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to track the success of digital marketing efforts and make data-driven decisions.
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends and best practices to continuously improve strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or currently enrolled in a relevant program).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
