Aroora is a preclinical research startup supporting pharmaceutical, biotech, nutraceutical, food, and cosmetic companies with safe, efficient product development and regulatory-ready studies. As a Digital Marketing Executive (Fresher), you will support our marketing team in creating awareness, generating B2B leads, and building Aroora's online presence across India.

Key responsibilities:

Assist in planning and executing basic digital marketing campaigns for LinkedIn, email, and website to promote our services. Create and publish content (posts, creatives, short writeups, basic videos) for social media and website, aligned with our brand and target audience (pharma, biotech, academia). Manage our social media pages (especially LinkedIn): scheduling posts, responding to comments, growing followers, and engaging with relevant industry communities. Support SEO activities such as keyword research, on-page optimization (titles, meta descriptions, basic blogs), and updating website content to improve visibility Help with email marketing - preparing mailing lists, drafting newsletters, and tracking open/click performance for campaigns to pharma/biotech and academic prospects. Collect and organize data from campaigns (social media, website, email) into simple reports, and share basic insights with the marketing head.
