Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Identify and connect with potential clients on

LinkedIn

and other B2B platforms. Generate and qualify leads based on company target industries (IT, Digital Transformation, Staffing, etc.). Send personalized connection requests and follow-up messages to build trust and engagement. Collaborate with the

Business Development and Marketing teams

to convert leads into opportunities. Maintain a lead database and track communication history using CRM tools or spreadsheets. Schedule and coordinate meetings between clients and company representatives. Prepare weekly and monthly reports on lead generation performance. Research market trends and competitor strategies to refine outreach methods.

Required Skills:



Proficiency in

LinkedIn Sales Navigator

and

Lead Research tools

(e.g., Apollo, ZoomInfo, Lusha). Excellent

written and verbal communication skills

. Strong understanding of

B2B lead generation

and

IT industry basics

. Basic knowledge of

email marketing tools

and

CRM software

(HubSpot, Zoho, etc.). Analytical mindset with attention to detail. Self-motivated, result-oriented, and proactive in approach

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
