Magic Clickz is a dynamic and fast-growing company looking for a smart, proactive fresher to join our team as a Digital Marketing Fresher. This role is perfect for someone who is organized, quick to learn, and excited to support multiple projects and operations simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage calendars and schedules, ensuring client and internal meetings run smoothly and on time.
Track client communications, follow up on action items, and relay updates effectively within the team.
Monitor audit and report status, maintain records, and provide regular updates on pending or completed tasks.
Maintain weekly trackers of team work plans and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
Assist with social media coordination - planning, approvals, and posting updates as needed.
Act as a project coordinator, aligning cross-team deliverables and ensuring project timelines are met.
Handle basic documentation, reporting, and task tracking using Google Sheets and other tools.
Identify process gaps and suggest improvements to enhance team efficiency.
Qualifications:
Fresher or recent graduate with strong organizational and communication skills.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
Quick learner with the ability to grasp new tools and processes.
Basic familiarity with Google Workspace or similar productivity tools is a plus.
