Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing & Content

Assist in creating, scheduling, and publishing content across social media platforms. Support the development of blog posts, email newsletters, and marketing collateral. Help manage website updates, landing pages, and SEO tasks.

Campaign Execution

Assist in running digital campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, etc. Coordinate with the team to plan promotional activities for product launches or sales initiatives. Support influencer and partnership marketing efforts.

Lead Generation & Sales Support

Help execute lead-generation activities (forms, automation workflows, landing pages). Work closely with the sales team to ensure campaign alignment and lead follow-up. Assist in maintaining CRM data accuracy and preparing sales reports.

Analytics & Reporting

Track social media, website, and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and CRM dashboards. Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports. Provide insights and suggestions for optimization.

Market Research

Research competitors, industry trends, and customer behavior. Contribute ideas for content themes and digital strategies based on findings.

Requirements

Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts (SEO, social media, paid ads, email marketing). Strong communication and writing skills. Familiarity with tools like Canva, Google Workspace, MS Office; exposure to analytics tools is a plus. Creative, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
