Key Responsibilities:
1. Social Media Management
Assist in creating engaging content for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
Support in managing daily posts, stories, and reels.
Monitor analytics and insights to improve performance.
2. Content Creation
Support in writing copy for posts, blogs, website updates, and promotional materials.
Coordinate with photographers/videographers to capture hotel events, offers, and activities.
Help design creatives using Canva or similar tools.
3. Digital Campaign Support
Assist in executing digital campaigns for promotions, events, and hotel offers.
Track campaign performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
4. Website & SEO Assistance
Help update website information as required.
Conduct basic keyword research and assist in website SEO optimization.
Monitor Google My Business updates and reviews.
5. Email Marketing
Assist in creating emailers for marketing campaigns.
Maintain and update customer database.
6. Market & Competitor Research
Study market trends, new digital strategies, and competitor activities.
Suggest ideas for improving brand visibility.

Skills & Requirements:
Pursuing or completed a degree in Marketing, Mass Media, Digital Marketing, or related field.
Basic understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing concepts.
