Develop and send promotional emails, newsletters, and event reminders.
Build segmented email lists for delegates, sponsors, and partners.
Track open rates, CTR, and conversions to improve campaign performance.
4. Website & Landing Page Management
Manage and update event websites using CMS tools (like WordPress or HubSpot).
Create optimized landing pages for event registrations and sponsor promotions.
Ensure SEO best practices are followed for organic visibility of event pages.
Collaborate with the design/development team for regular updates and content refreshes.
5. SEO & Paid Advertising
Conduct keyword research related to events, speakers, and industry themes.
Optimize website content, blogs, and event listings for higher search rankings.
Manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Campaigns for targeted lead generation.
Monitor and analyze ad performance to maximize ROI.
