Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute

digital marketing campaigns

across multiple channels - SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email, and Content Marketing. Manage

Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads

campaigns to achieve lead generation goals. Conduct

keyword research

, optimize website content, and improve search rankings (on-page and off-page SEO). Handle

social media marketing

- create, post, and engage with content on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter. Monitor

campaign performance metrics

(CTR, CPC, conversions, engagement) and prepare analytical reports. Collaborate with the content and design teams to create engaging

blogs, creatives, and landing pages.

Stay up-to-date with the latest

digital marketing trends, tools, and algorithm changes.

Manage

email marketing campaigns

and maintain CRM data for remarketing and nurturing leads.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, IT, or related field. Freshers or 1 years of hands-on experience in

digital marketing

, preferably in an

IT services or B2B domain.

Proficiency in

Google Analytics, Google Ads, Search Console, SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz), and social media platforms.

Strong understanding of

SEO, PPC, and social media advertising.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Creative mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with

WordPress, HubSpot, or similar CMS tools.

Knowledge of

graphic design tools

(Canva, Photoshop) for creating ad creatives. Basic understanding of

marketing automation tools

and

CRM systems.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹7,000.00 per month
