Data & Reporting
Track how well campaigns are doing- website visits, engagement, leads, and conversions.

Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
Study how users behave on websites or landing pages using tools like Hotjar or Clarity.
Test different versions of ads or pages to see what gets more clicks or sign-ups.
Share ideas to make the digital experience smoother and more effective.
Education:
Bachelor's degree (or currently pursuing) in Marketing, Communications, Business,
Media Studies or related fields.
Skills & Competencies:
Understanding of core digital marketing concepts & analytics.
Familiarity with tools like Canva, HubSpot,
SEMrush or Notion.
Strong content writing, communication and research skills.
Analytical mindset with a creative spark, you can interpret data and tell a story with it
Excellent time management, adaptability, and eagerness to learn new trends (like AI in
marketing, influencer marketing, etc.).
