Job Title: Digital Marketing Intern

Location: Mithila Paints PVT LTD Office no 514, 5th floor Amanora chambers behind Amanora Mall Hadapsar 411028

Internship Period: 3 Months

Stipend: ₹5,000 per month

About Us:

We are a dynamic and fast-growing Paint Manufacturing Company that specializes in Textures and Paints. As part of our growth strategy, we are looking to expand our digital marketing team, and we are looking for a highly motivated Digital Marketing Intern who is passionate about digital content, creativity, and analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Website Design & Maintenance:

o Assist in designing and maintaining our company website.

o Update content, layout, and design elements to enhance user experience (UX).

o Support the team with any minor technical issues or design changes.

2. Social Media Management:

o Manage and update our company social media profiles (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).

o Develop creative posts and content strategies to increase engagement and brand awareness.

o Track performance metrics and report on social media campaigns.

3. Blog Post Writing & Content Creation:

o Write SEO-optimized blog posts related to industry trends, company updates, and other relevant topics.

o Research and create written content for our website and social media platforms.

4. Video Editing & Content Creation:

o Edit short promotional and tutorial videos for marketing campaigns.

o Help create video content that will engage our target audience.

5. Excel Management:

o Help maintain and manage digital marketing data (e.g., campaign performance, social media insights, email campaigns, etc.) on Excel.

o Assist in compiling and presenting data in an understandable and actionable format.

6. Image Creation Using AI Tools:

o Use AI-based tools like DALLE or Canva to create unique and engaging visuals for campaigns and social media posts.

o Customize templates and graphics for various digital marketing initiatives.

7. Assist in Email Marketing Campaigns:

o Help with the creation and scheduling of email campaigns.

o Track email performance and optimize campaigns based on metrics.

8. Basic Administrative Tasks:

o Assist in day-to-day marketing-related administrative tasks.

o Coordinate with the team for brainstorming sessions and creative meetings.

Skills & Qualifications:

Basic knowledge of website design and management (WordPress or similar platforms).

Strong writing skills with an understanding of SEO practices.

Familiarity with social media platforms and trends.

Basic video editing skills (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or similar).

Proficient in MS Excel for data management and reporting.

Knowledge of AI-based tools for image creation (e.g., Canva).

Creativity and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
