Job Description

As a Digital Marketer, you will be an integral part of our marketing team, assisting in the development and implementation of digital marketing strategies to enhance online presence and drive engagement with the target audience. This role offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of digital marketing while contributing to real projects and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities



1. Content Creation and Management:



Assist in creating engaging and relevant content for various digital platforms including social media, blogs, website, email newsletters, etc. Coordinate with the content team to ensure content is aligned with marketing objectives and brand guidelines. Schedule and publish content across different channels using appropriate tools and platforms.

2. Social Media Management:



Monitor and engage with our social media audience across platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc. Support in the development and execution of social media campaigns to increase brand awareness, followers, and engagement. Analyze social media metrics and provide insights to optimize performance.

3. Search Engine Optimization (SEO):



Assist in optimizing website content for search engines to improve visibility and rankings. Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to drive organic traffic. Monitor and report on website performance using tools like Google Analytics.

4. Digital Advertising:



Support the team in creating and managing digital advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc. Assist in budget management, ad creation, targeting, and performance tracking.

5. Email Marketing:



Assist in the development and execution of email marketing campaigns, including content creation, list segmentation, and performance analysis. Help maintain email databases and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.

6. Analytics and Reporting:



Compile and analyze data from various digital marketing channels to track key performance metrics and generate insights. Prepare regular reports to evaluate campaign effectiveness and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:



Completed a degree/ course in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools. Basic understanding of SEO principles and techniques (optional). Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful conclusions. Creativity and attention to detail. Ability to work independently as well as collaborate in a team environment. Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and familiarity with Google Analytics is a plus.
