Key Responsibilities:
Manage and update the company's social media pages (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
Create daily engaging posts and content tailored to our audience
Monitor, respond to, and grow our online community engagement
Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns
Attend and assist walk-in customers at the office, based on incoming leads
Coordinate with the marketing team to improve brand awareness
Capture photos/videos during events or office activities for content
Act and voice over on content yourself based on needs
Required Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree (any discipline)
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Energetic, talkative, and vibrant personality
Basic understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp)
Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of digital marketing
Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory):
Knowledge of Canva or any basic design tools
Interest in branding and digital trends
Customer service experience
