Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative, enthusiastic, and motivated

Digital Marketing Intern

to support our marketing team in building Oh Stayz's online presence. The role involves assisting with social media management, content creation, digital campaigns, and performance tracking to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media & Content Management

Assist in managing social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and Google Business. Create engaging captions, posts, reel ideas, and basic creatives. Schedule and publish content as per the marketing calendar. Engage with followers by responding to comments and messages professionally.

Digital Marketing Support

Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns. Support basic SEO activities such as keyword research and content optimization. Assist in managing paid promotions under supervision.

Analytics & Reporting

Track social media and campaign performance metrics. Prepare basic reports on reach, engagement, and lead generation.

Coordination & Research

Coordinate with designers, photographers, and internal teams. Research competitors, market trends, and new digital marketing opportunities.

Skills & Requirements:

Fresher or currently pursuing / recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms. Familiarity with tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, and Instagram Insights (preferred). Good communication and content writing skills. Creative mindset with attention to detail. Willingness to learn, proactive, and able to work independently.
