Job Summary:



Are you looking to kickstart your career in digital marketing while contributing to an organization that makes a real difference? DNA Academy is seeking a creative, motivated, and tech-savvy Digital Marketing Intern to join our team.

In this role, you will not just be fetching coffee. You will gain hands-on experience working directly under our marketing leadership, assisting in the development and execution of campaigns designed to attract students to our healthcare programs. You will learn how to connect with diverse audiences--from high school graduates to career changers--and help guide them toward a future in healthcare.

Key Responsibilities:



Social Media & Content Creation:

Assist in managing our social media presence (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok). This includes brainstorming content ideas, drafting engaging captions, creating visually appealing graphics (using tools like Canva), and scheduling posts.

Student Engagement:

Help highlight our student success stories, faculty spotlights, and behind-the-scenes looks at our campus labs to build community and attract prospective students.

Email Marketing Support:

Assist in drafting and building email newsletters and campaigns targeting prospective students, current students, and alumni.

Website & SEO Basics:

Collaborate with the team to update website content, ensuring information on our healthcare courses is accurate and compelling. Assist with basic keyword research to improve our search engine visibility.

Analytics & Reporting:

Help track the performance of social media posts and marketing campaigns, compiling basic weekly or monthly reports to see what's working.

Market Research:

Research trends in healthcare education marketing and monitor competitor activities.

Qualifications and Skills:



Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's degree program in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Strong written and verbal communication skills with a knack for creative storytelling. A solid understanding of major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) and best practices. Basic graphic design skills (familiarity with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a strong plus). Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines. A genuine interest in healthcare or education is highly preferred.
