We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Digital Marketing Executive to grow our customer base, increase brand visibility, and drive revenue through both direct sales activities and digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate possesses strong communication skills, a strategic mindset, and hands-on experience in digital marketing tools and platforms.
Sales Responsibilities:
Identify, qualify, and pursue new sales leads through calls, meetings, networking, and online research.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Present and demonstrate products/services to potential customers.
Prepare and send quotations, proposals, and presentations.
Negotiate and close sales deals to meet revenue targets.
Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate client information.
Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and foster repeat business.
Digital Marketing Responsibilities:
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, SEO/SEM, and paid advertising.
Manage social media accounts, create engaging content, and monitor performance.
Optimize website content for search engines (SEO) to improve ranking and visibility.
Track marketing metrics such as reach, engagement, lead generation, and conversions.
Create digital ads (META, Google Ads, etc.) and monitor ROI.
Collaborate with design teams to create graphics, videos, and promotional materials.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support campaign strategies.
