A Digital Marketing Designer is responsible for creating engaging visual content and managing the company's social media presence. This role combines graphic design expertise with digital marketing skills, making it ideal for small firms or startups looking for a versatile professional.
Key Responsibilities:
Design posters, flyers, brochures, and social media creatives.
Manage company social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
Plan, create, and schedule engaging content.
Write captions and short marketing copy tailored for different platforms.
Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and grow the online community.
Track performance and prepare basic social media reports.
Ensure all designs and posts align with the company's brand identity.
Bachelor's degree or diploma in
Graphic Design, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, Multimedia, or a related field
.
Certification in
Digital Marketing/Graphic Design
(Google, HubSpot, Coursera, etc.) is an added advantage.
Required Skills:
Proficiency in design tools (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar).
Knowledge of social media platforms and their algorithms.
Basic video editing (optional but preferred).
Strong communication and creativity.
Ability to handle multiple tasks (design + posting + engagement).
Salary:10000/- to 15000/- (6 month as intern)
