Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries and respond to messages on social media and WhatsApp.

Maintain professional and friendly communication with clients.

Track and manage customer interactions efficiently.

Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer queries.

Maintain chat logs and report customer feedback.

Requirements:

Female candidate preferred.

Good typing speed and excellent communication skills.

Basic understanding of social media and WhatsApp business communication.

Ability to handle multiple chats efficiently.

Must bring own laptop for work.

Available to work from the office.
