Job Description

We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing professional to plan, execute, and optimize our online marketing efforts across multiple channels. The ideal candidate will be passionate about digital marketing, creative in approach, and data-driven in decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media, email, content, etc.) Create and manage content for website, blogs, and social media platforms. Monitor and analyze website traffic, user engagement, and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics. Manage paid campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc. Conduct keyword research and optimize website content for search engines (SEO). Run email marketing campaigns and track effectiveness. Collaborate with design, sales, and content teams to align campaigns with business goals. Stay updated with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. (Optional but valuable) Certifications in Digital Marketing (Google, HubSpot, Meta Blueprint, etc.).

Experience:

0-2 years for entry-level roles, 2-5 years for specialist/manager roles. Proven track record in managing successful digital marketing campaigns is a plus.

Skills:

Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, social media advertising, and content marketing. Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz). Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and WordPress is an advantage. Excellent communication and writing skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions. Creative thinking and problem-solving ability.
