Overview PENNEP is seeking for a motivated and enthusiastic Digital Marketing Intern to join our marketing team. Our organization committed to providing a collaborative and nurturing environment where interns can gain hands-on experience and grow their skill set in the exciting world of digital marketing. During the internship candidate will get the training on the following:

• Social Media Marketing: Learn how to effectively manage and engage with social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn) to build brand awareness, drive audience engagement, and create compelling content.
• Content Creation: Develop skills in crafting engaging and persuasive content for various digital channels, including blog posts, social media posts, email newsletters, and website updates.
• Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Understand the fundamentals of SEO, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and off-page strategies to improve search engine rankings and organic visibility.
• Email Marketing: Learn the basics of email marketing campaigns, including creating newsletters, segmenting email lists, and measuring campaign performance.
• Digital Advertising: Gain insights into setting up and monitoring digital advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Facebook Ads to reach target audiences effectively.
• Analytics and Reporting: Learn how to use digital marketing analytics tools to track and analyse website traffic, social media performance, and other key metrics to optimize marketing efforts.

Required Skills and Qualification

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing concepts and platforms (social media, email marketing, SEO, etc.).
• Familiarity with popular social media platforms and their functionalities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative mindset and an ability to think outside the box.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
