Position Overview:

As a Digital Marketing Intern, you will work closely with the marketing and content teams to build, manage, and execute digital marketing strategies. This role involves promoting aviation services--such as charter flights, flight training, or travel packages--via online channels to increase brand awareness and generate leads.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:

Create, curate, and schedule engaging content (text, image, video) for platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook to enhance brand presence.

Lead Generation & CRM:

Support B2B/B2C lead generation by researching potential clients, managing LinkedIn campaigns, and updating CRM databases.

Content Creation:

Draft SEO-friendly blog posts, articles, and marketing copies for newsletters or website updates.

Digital Campaigns:

Assist in executing email marketing campaigns and online promotional events.

Analytics & Reporting:

Track engagement metrics (KPIs) across social media and web platforms to measure the success of campaigns.

Research:

Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior within the aviation and travel sectors.

Requirements:

Education:

Bachelor's degree (or pursuing) in Marketing, Aviation Management, or a related field.

Skills:

Strong proficiency in English (written and spoken).

Knowledge:

Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts (SEO/SEM/SMM), content creation, and MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).

Tools:

Familiarity with or willingness to learn social media management tools and CRM software.

Attributes:

Highly self-motivated, eager to learn, and interested in the aviation industry.
