About the Role

You'll support day-to-day execution across paid ads, social media, content, SEO, email/CRM, and analytics. Ideal for someone who's hands-on, creative, and eager to learn by shipping real campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media:

Plan weekly calendars, draft captions, schedule posts, and engage in DMs/comments across IG, FB, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts/Reels.

Performance Marketing:

Assist in setting up & optimizing Facebook/Instagram/Google Ads--audiences, creatives, A/B tests, budgets, and basic reporting.

Content & Creatives:

Coordinate shoots, edit short videos/reels, basic design using Canva/Figma; repurpose content for platforms.

Website & SEO:

Publish blogs/landing pages (WordPress/Shopify), on-page SEO (titles, meta, interlinks), and basic keyword research.

Email/CRM:

Build simple flows and newsletters (Klaviyo/Mailchimp/HubSpot), manage lists/segments, UTM tagging.

Analytics & Reporting:

Track KPIs in GA4/Ads Manager, prepare weekly dashboards, highlight insights & next steps.

Community & Partnerships:

Reach out to micro-influencers/affiliates, coordinate barter/collabs, collect UGC & testimonials.

Ops Support:

Maintain asset libraries, competitor tracking, and campaign calendars.
Must-Have Skills

Strong written English; clear, error-free copy. Basic design/video editing (Canva/CapCut/Adobe Express). Familiarity with Meta Ads or Google Ads (coursework or projects count). Comfort with spreadsheets (Google Sheets), GA4 basics, and UTM links. Proactive, organized, and deadline-driven.
Nice-to-Have

SEO tools exposure (Search Console, Ahrefs/SEMrush basics). Email tools (Mailchimp/Klaviyo/HubSpot). Shopify/WordPress hands-on. Basic HTML/CSS is a plus.
Tools You'll Use

Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4, Google Tag Manager (basic), Sheets/Slides, Canva/Figma, CapCut/Adobe Express, [your CRM], [your CMS].

Learning Outcomes

Run end-to-end social & ad campaigns. Build dashboards and read performance data. Execute SEO and email basics that move real metrics. Create portfolio-worthy work (case studies, reels, landing pages).
KPIs You'll Track

Weekly reach/impressions, follower & subscriber growth. CTR, cost per result (CPL/CPA), ROAS (if applicable). Website sessions, bounce rate, time on page. Lead volume & quality, email open/click rates. Content output: posts/reels/blogs shipped per week.
Eligibility

Students/recent grads in Marketing/Communications/Design--or strong self-learners with projects Portfolio or 2-3 sample works (reels, posts, ad mockups, blog).
