Job Role: Digital Marketing ExecutiveKey Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize performance campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads and Google Ads
Monitor ad performance, analyze data, and improve KPIs and ROI
Confidently communicate with clients via calls, meetings, and presentations
Handle client onboarding, campaign strategy discussions, and follow-ups
Take ownership of agency-generated leads and convert them through strong sales pitching
Coordinate with creative and SEO teams for ad creatives, copies, and landing strategies
Stay updated with platform trends and implement new growth strategies
Requirements
1-3 years of hands-on experience with Meta and Google Ads
Excellent English and Hindi communication skills (mandatory for client meetings)
Strong sales mindset with the ability to convert and close leads
Experience handling multiple clients and industries (preferred)
Knowledge of data analysis, ad copywriting, and audience targeting
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple campaigns
