Job description:
We are seeking a Digital Marketing Intern to support and manage the company's internal digital operations, social media pages, automation workflows, marketing backend systems, and team coordination. This role will act as a key support function for marketing and operations teams by managing tools, platforms, automations, and day-to-day digital tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Manage social media operations including post scheduling, captions, and coordination Work on Meta Business Suite, including Facebook & Instagram page management and Meta Ads Assist with email and SMS, Email marketing campaigns Manage and maintain internal digital platforms such as Google Workspace, Trello, Hostinger, Brevo, and other operational tools Handle automation workflows using Make.com , Zapier, and webhooks Manage databases, internal records, and digital documentation Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, video editors, graphic designers) to track deliverables Follow up on content creation, collect creatives, and manage approval workflows Troubleshoot digital platforms and research new tools to improve team efficiency
Required Skills & Experience

Experience in digital operations, social media marketing, or related roles Working knowledge of Meta Business Suite and Facebook/Instagram Ads Strong organisational, coordination, and communication skills
