Role Overview

We are seeking an energetic

Marketing & HR Intern (Female Preferred)

to assist in marketing campaigns, social media management, and brand outreach -- while also contributing to HR initiatives such as recruitment and engagement.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creativity, communication, and collaboration.

Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing (65%)

Plan, create, and manage digital marketing and social media campaigns (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.). Support content creation -- including posts, reels, and creative visuals using Canva or coordinating with the design team. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support brand and outreach strategies. Contribute to employer branding, event promotions, and campus marketing initiatives. Assist in organizing hackathons, webinars, and other brand-building activities. Track campaign performance metrics and assist in preparing reports.

Human Resources (35%)

Assist with end-to-end recruitment -- sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews. Support onboarding and internal engagement activities. Help with maintaining HR trackers, employee records, and communication drafts. Participate in HR branding, internal events, and engagement campaigns.
