This role will give you hands-on exposure to multiple areas of digital marketing--from CRM and social media management to website updates and e-commerce operations. No prior experience is required; if you have strong communication skills, a willingness to learn, and a proactive attitude, we'll guide you through everything.
Responsibilities
Assist in managing customer communication via email, WhatsApp, and calls
Support CRM activities: updating databases, tracking leads, and following up with clients
Help manage our social media (Instagram, etc.)--content scheduling, basic captions, engagement tracking
Update and maintain our website with product listings, images, and content
Support order processing, customer queries, and after-sales follow-ups
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations
Learn and assist with digital marketing campaigns and e-commerce management
