Job Description

This role is designed for someone who can bridge the gap between the technology team and the e-commerce/marketing team, while also contributing fresh content ideas and driving sales initiatives. You will gain hands-on training in managing e-commerce operations, digital marketing campaigns, and business strategy.

We are looking for a candidate with good English, strong content creation skills, a sales mindset, and the ability to work independently while thinking strategically.

Key Responsibilities



Cross-Team Coordination Work between the tech/development team and the e-commerce/marketing team. Ensure smooth updates of website, listings, and campaigns. Content Creation & Marketing Create engaging content (social media posts, product descriptions, blogs, emails). Develop compelling visuals/text to highlight products and boost brand identity. Maintain content calendars and execute campaigns on time. E-commerce & Sales Manage and optimise product listings across platforms. Monitor inventory, pricing, and customer experience. Assist in planning promotions, offers, and sales campaigns. Contribute ideas to increase online conversions and revenue. Digital Marketing & SEO Support SEO efforts (keyword research, on-page optimization, performance tracking). Work with marketing tools to track and analyse performance. Suggest improvements for digital campaigns. Strategic Thinking & Reporting Collect and analyze marketing/sales data to guide decisions. Present new insights and ideas to enhance performance. Stay updated on e-commerce and digital trends.

Qualifications & Skills



Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken). Strong content creation skills (writing + creative presentation). A sales-driven mindset with ability to identify growth opportunities. Ability to work independently and think strategically. Knowledge of SEO, digital marketing tools, or e-commerce platforms preferred. Familiarity with tools such as Canva, Photoshop, or CMS like WordPress, Magento, or Shopify is a plus.
