Educational Background

? Graduate in any discipline (Bachelors of Commerce Preferred) OR

? MBA/PGDM (pursuing or completed), preferably in Marketing

Key Responsibilities

? Create engaging graphics, banners, and posts for social media using Photoshop orsimilar design tools.

? Edit and produce videos, reels, and promotional content for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.

? Collaborate closely with the Sales Team to align marketing content with promotional campaigns and lead generation efforts.

? Assist in growing our social media presence by creating content that resonates with APSC and UPSC aspirants.

? Brainstorm and execute innovative marketing ideas for online and offline promotions.

? Track engagement metrics and suggest ways to improve content performance.

Skills Required

? Proficiency in Photoshop or similar design tools.

? Basic to intermediate skills in video editing (Premiere Pro, or equivalent)

? Creativity and understanding of social media trends.

? Ability to collaborate with teams and meet deadlines.

? Interest in the education sector is a plus!
