Job Description

We're Hiring: Digital Marketing Intern who can lead strategic online campaigns to boost student enrollment, brand awareness, and outreach for our institute.

Key Responsibilities

1. Digital Marketing & Campaign Management:

Plan and execute paid campaigns on Google, Facebook, and Instagram to generate leads.
Optimize SEO/SEM, email marketing, and content strategies to improve online visibility.
Analyze campaign performance and drive ROI-focused improvements.

2. Social Media & Content Management:

Manage daily posts, stories, and engagement across social media channels.
Create compelling content for web, social media, emailers, and landing pages.
Monitor trends and engage with audiences to build a strong online community.

3. Website & Lead Funnel Optimization:

Update and manage the institute's website to ensure smooth user experience.
Implement lead capture forms, landing pages, and chat tools for better conversions.
Track leads and conversions using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.

4. Branding & Outreach Support:

Assist in organizing webinars, workshops, and digital events for student outreach.

Support the creation of branding materials for both online and offline campaigns.

5. Reporting & Insights:

Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.
Conduct competitor research and market analysis to guide strategy.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field.
2+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the education industry.

Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, SEO tools and email platforms.

Strong communication, creativity, and analytical skills.

Familiarity with Canva, basic video editing tools, and CRM software is a plus.
