who are eager to learn and contribute across all areas of digital marketing.
This internship provides
end-to-end exposure
to real-time projects involving
Social Media Management, SEO, Paid Ads, Content Creation, Graphic Design, Email Marketing, Website Management, and Analytics.
You'll be working directly with our marketing team and gain hands-on experience in building and managing digital marketing campaigns for our brand and clients.
Top-performing interns will be offered a
permanent position
in our marketing team after the internship period.
Key Responsibilities
1. Social Media Marketing & Management
Plan and schedule posts across multiple platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
Create creative content calendars and marketing campaigns
Engage with followers and respond to messages/comments
Monitor page insights, growth, and engagement analytics
2. Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
Perform keyword research and competitor analysis
Optimize website content, blogs, and landing pages for SEO
Assist in link-building and improving search visibility
Track organic growth using Google Search Console and Analytics
3. Paid Advertising (Google Ads & Meta Ads)
Assist in setting up and managing ad campaigns on Google and Meta platforms
Monitor ad performance and report key metrics like impressions, CTR, and conversions
Support A/B testing for creatives and ad copies
Learn budget handling and audience targeting techniques
4. Content Creation & Marketing
Develop engaging and relevant content for social media, blogs, and ad campaigns
Write creative captions, taglines, and short articles
Research trending ideas, hashtags, and topics relevant to brand goals
Coordinate with the design team for visuals and videos
5. Graphic Design Support
Create visual content using
Canva / Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator
Design posts, banners, infographics, and ad creatives
Maintain a consistent visual identity across all platforms
6. Email Marketing & CRM
Design and execute email campaigns (Mailchimp / HubSpot or similar tools)
Build and segment email lists
Track campaign performance - open rates, CTRs, and conversions
7. Website & Landing Page Management
Assist in updating website content and visuals using CMS tools (WordPress preferred)
Help design and optimize landing pages for marketing campaigns
Ensure all website pages are SEO and user-experience optimized
8. Analytics & Reporting
Track KPIs using Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and ad dashboards
Create weekly and monthly marketing performance reports
Suggest improvements based on data insights
9. Influencer & Brand Collaboration Support
Identify suitable influencers and collaborators for brand promotion
Coordinate influencer campaigns and track results
Manage communication, deliverables, and ROI tracking
What We're Looking For:
Passion for digital marketing and willingness to learn
Basic understanding of digital marketing channels
Creative mindset with attention to detail
Familiarity with tools like Canva, Google Ads, and Meta Business Suite (preferred)
Excellent communication and writing skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Educational Qualification:
Pursuing or completed degree/diploma in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or related fields
Prior internship or certification in digital marketing is a plus (not mandatory)
