Inside Sales - Business Development Executive (BDE)
to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating and closing leads through inbound and outbound communication channels, with a focus on selling performance-based digital marketing services like

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls, follow-ups, and email campaigns to connect with prospective clients.
Handle inbound inquiries, qualify leads, and convert them into active opportunities.
Pitch digital marketing services such as Google Ads, display ads, retargeting, and YouTube campaigns.
Understand client goals and present solutions that drive lead generation, traffic, and conversions.
Create and send proposals, quotations, and sales presentations based on business needs.
Maintain an active sales pipeline and update all interactions through CRM tools.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and campaign execution.
Meet and exceed weekly/monthly targets for qualified leads and conversions.
Stay informed on the latest trends and updates in digital marketing platforms and tools.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, or digital marketing sales.
Strong understanding of Google Ads and other paid marketing platforms.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong persuasion, follow-up, and objection-handling skills.
Familiarity with CRM software (Zoho, HubSpot, etc.) and sales tracking tools.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach to sales.
Preferred Skills:
Experience working in digital agencies or selling to SMEs and startups.
Knowledge of metrics such as CTR, CPC, ROAS, and campaign KPIs.
Familiarity with additional paid platforms (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
