Key Responsibilities
Drive
employer branding initiatives
across LinkedIn, job portals, websites, and social media platforms.
Create, curate, and manage
recruitment marketing content
, including job descriptions, hiring campaigns, and employer brand messaging.
Source and screen candidates using
LinkedIn, job portals, and digital sourcing tools
, ensuring a consistent and positive candidate experience.
Coordinate interviews and manage professional communication with candidates and internal stakeholders.
Support
digital recruitment campaigns
using
SEO optimization, Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads, and Google Ads
to improve hiring reach and visibility.
Assist in managing and optimizing
career pages, job listings, and social media engagement
for recruitment purposes.
Research talent market trends, competitor employer branding strategies, and campaign performance to refine hiring and marketing approaches.
Collaborate with HR, marketing, and leadership teams to align employer branding with Quant Global's overall brand identity.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in
Human Resources, Marketing, Business, or a related field
(or equivalent practical experience).
Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to
brand tone, clarity, and storytelling

Familiarity with
LinkedIn branding, job portals, and digital recruitment platforms
.
Basic understanding of
SEO principles, content marketing, and social media engagement
.
Exposure to or interest in
Meta Ads, Google Ads, and recruitment marketing analytics
.
Comfortable using
digital tools, analytics platforms, and productivity software
.
