Optimize campaigns for performance (CTR, CPC, ROAS, etc.).
Conduct keyword research and A/B testing.
LinkedIn Ads:
Strategize and execute targeted LinkedIn campaigns to reach B2B or professional audiences.
Monitor ad performance and adjust based on campaign objectives.
Build and manage LinkedIn lead generation funnels.
Graphic Design & Visual Content:
Collaborate with the design team to create ad creatives, banners, and social media visuals.
Ensure branding consistency across digital campaigns.
Basic design work using tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator is a plus.
Analytics & Reporting:
Track campaign performance using Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and other tools.
Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
Requirements
1-2 years of hands-on experience with Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
Basic knowledge of performance marketing metrics and tools.
Experience in or exposure to graphic design and ad creative development.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Canvas, Meta Ads (bonus), etc.
Excellent communication and time-management skills.
