Manage and optimize product listings on Amazon (A+ content, bullet points, titles, descriptions, backend keywords, etc.)
Plan and execute Amazon PPC campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display)
Monitor and analyze ad campaign performance, ROI, and keyword ranking
Coordinate with design/content teams to create high-converting product images and enhanced brand content (A+ Content)
Handle Amazon SEO to improve product visibility organically
Conduct competitor analysis and market research to stay ahead of trends
Manage inventory planning, order tracking, and stock availability
Monitor customer reviews and ratings, and resolve feedback issues timely
Work on promotions, deals, coupons, and lightning deals to boost visibility and sales
Coordinate with Amazon support for any listing, payment, or policy issues
Responsibilities
Skills Required:
In-depth knowledge of Amazon Seller Central & Advertising Console
Hands-on experience with Amazon PPC and keyword tools (e.g., Helium 10, Jungle Scout, etc.)
Strong analytical skills and Excel proficiency
Good communication skills - both written and verbal
Creative approach for content and campaign development
Ability to work independently and in a team
