Job Description

The Digital Marketing Head leads online growth, brand visibility, and revenue for a D2C brand by owning performance marketing, brand marketing, CRM, and analytics across all digital channels.

Key Responsibilities



Own revenue growth through paid channels (Meta, Google, marketplaces, affiliates)
Define and execute full-funnel D2C marketing strategy (awareness ? conversion ? retention)
Lead performance marketing (CAC, ROAS, LTV, scaling budgets)
Drive website & CRO (landing pages, funnels, A/B testing)
Oversee CRM & retention (email, WhatsApp, SMS, loyalty)
Collaborate with product, supply chain & tech teams
Manage agencies & internal marketing teams
Track and report on marketing KPIs & dashboards
Build strong brand storytelling across digital platforms

Key Skills Required



Strong hands-on experience with Meta & Google Ads
Deep understanding of D2C unit economics
Expertise in Shopify / D2C tech stack
Data-driven decision making (GA4, attribution tools)
Leadership & team-building skills
Experience scaling brands from ?1 Cr to ?50+ Cr ARR
Branding in Instagram,LinkedIn and experience in Influencer Marketing

Ideal Background



5-10+ years in D2C / eCommerce / consumer brands
Proven experience in scaling performance marketing
Prior experience as Performance Lead / Growth Manager
