Campaign Leadership

: Spearhead multi-channel digital marketing campaigns for B2B and B2C clients, driving 50% YoY revenue growth.

Budget Management:

Manage annual digital advertising budget on Search, Display, Shopping, and Social campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, Amazon Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook), LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic platforms, optimizing ROI through data-driven strategies.

PPC & Retargeting

: Design and execute retargeting, PPC, SEM, and display campaigns that increase sales conversions by 50%.
?

Client Consultation:

Advised clients on lead generation, marketing automation, customer journey mapping, and conversion rate optimization (CRO) to enhance campaign performance.

Analytics & Reporting

: Implement and manage Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics, creating dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs, track website traffic, user behaviour, and campaign ROI.

Tag Management & Implementation

: Google Tag Manager implementation and deployment for accurate tracking of conversions, user interactions, and campaign performance.
?

Cross-Functional Collaboration

: Collaborate with design, content, & analytics teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.

AI & Automation

: Leverage ChatGPT and AI tools, monitoring model performance metrics such as perplexity to generate high-quality marketing content, optimize ad copy, and support data-driven decision-making.
?

Performance Optimization

: Conducte A/B and multivariate testing across ad creatives and landing pages to improve campaign performance
?

Marketing Automation:

Implemente HubSpot and Zoho CRM automations to streamline lead nurturing workflows, improving lead-tocustomer conversion rate.

Training & Development:

Mentore a team of digital marketing specialists, guiding advanced analytics, bid optimization, and automation tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
