Key Responsibilities:
Strategy & Leadership
Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with the brand's goals and values.
Lead a high-performing digital marketing team, including SEO/SEM, content, email, performance marketing, and social media specialists.
Plan and manage the digital marketing budget to maximize ROI.
Performance Marketing & Ecommerce
Oversee performance marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, Instagram, etc.) with a focus on driving qualified traffic and conversions.
Optimize paid advertising campaigns with strong analytical rigor (CPA, ROAS, LTV, etc.).
Drive traffic and revenue growth for the brand's
ecommerce platform
and marketplaces.
Brand & Content Management
Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints including website, social media, email, and ads.
Collaborate with content, creative, and product teams to deliver compelling digital content (videos, reels, blog posts, lookbooks).
Partner with influencers and jewelry/luxury lifestyle creators for brand collaborations.
CRM & Retention
Develop and execute effective
CRM strategies
(email, SMS, loyalty programs) to enhance customer retention and lifetime value.
Leverage customer data to deliver personalized experiences and product recommendations.
Social Media & Community Building
Manage social media strategy and calendars across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube, LinkedIn).
Engage with the brand's community to build loyalty and advocacy.
Monitor trends and competitor activity in the jewelry/luxury fashion space.
Analytics & Optimization
Track, analyze, and report on KPIs across all digital channels using tools like Google Analytics, GA4, Meta Business Suite, etc.
Conduct A/B testing, UX audits, and CRO strategies for continuous improvement.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business, or a related field.
7+ years of progressive digital marketing experience, preferably in the
jewelry or luxury goods
industry.
Proven experience leading successful digital campaigns for high-end or aspirational brands.
Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, Klaviyo/Mailchimp, Shopify, etc.).
Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
Creative flair with a deep understanding of visual aesthetics, especially in luxury branding.
