Role Overview

We're looking for a visionary

Digital Mojo Head

to lead the agency's overall strategy, growth, and digital marketing excellence.
This role is ideal for a dynamic leader who can

drive business expansion, mentor cross-functional teams

, and steer client success through data-driven creativity.

Key Responsibilities

Provide strategic direction across all verticals --

Branding, Social Media, Performance Marketing, Design, and Web Development

. Oversee client success, campaign quality, and delivery timelines to ensure measurable business outcomes. Lead and inspire a 50+ member team, fostering collaboration and innovation. Design and execute growth strategies that align with agency and client objectives. Leverage analytics, insights, and performance metrics to guide decision-making. Collaborate closely with leadership to shape Digital Mojo's future roadmap and new service innovations.

Qualifications

5-8 years of leadership experience in a

digital marketing agency

(mandatory). Proven track record in

brand building, social media strategy, and lead generation

. Strong understanding of

SEO, SEM, analytics, and creative campaign management

. Experience leading large teams and managing multiple high-impact projects. Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related field (

MBA preferred

).
