As the Head of Digital Marketing, you will own the end-to-end digital strategy, execution, and performance across all online channels. This role combines strategic vision with hands-on execution, ensuring that every marketing effort directly contributes to revenue growth. You will be accountable for driving topline impact through data-driven campaigns that strengthen brand visibility, accelerate lead generation, and deepen customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Define and own the digital marketing strategy aligned with business goals
Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across channels: SEO, SEM / PPC, social media, display ads, email marketing, affiliate marketing, content marketing
Manage and allocate the digital marketing budget, ensuring ROI on spend
Lead, mentor, and grow a team of digital marketing professionals
Set KPIs and targets and report performance to senior leadership
Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, etc.) to track, analyze, and present campaign performance
Work with content, design, and product teams to ensure cohesive branding and messaging
Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices
Conduct competitive analysis, market research, and audience segmentation
Oversee A/B testing, landing page optimization, and conversion rate optimization
Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and ad networks
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related discipline (MBA is a plus)
6+ years in digital marketing roles, with demonstrated success in campaign outcomes
2+ years experience leading or managing a team
Strong knowledge and hands?on experience in SEO, SEM / PPC, social media advertising, email marketing, content marketing
Proficiency with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, etc.) and data interpretation
Good understanding of conversion funnels, attribution, and CAC / LTV metrics
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to think strategically and execute tactically
Strong organizational and project management skills
Experience working with cross?functional teams
Preferred / Bonus Skills:
Experience in B2B / SaaS / e?commerce domain
Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g. HubSpot, Marketo, Mailchimp)
Experience with affiliate marketing or partner marketing
Knowledge of emerging digital channels / technologies (e.g. influencer marketing, short?form video)
Certifications (Google Ads, Analytics, Facebook Blueprint, etc.)
