We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven
Head of Digital Marketing
to lead our digital strategy, scale performance marketing efforts, and drive measurable growth across all online channels. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with hands-on expertise in digital acquisition, analytics, branding, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute the company's digital marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
Lead and manage digital teams including SEO, SEM, social media, email, content, and performance marketing.
Oversee and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
Use analytics tools to track performance, generate insights, and improve ROI, CAC, and conversion rates.
Manage website performance, UX optimization, and CRO initiatives.
Oversee content strategy and ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.
Implement and optimize marketing automation, CRM workflows, and lead nurturing campaigns.
Own digital marketing budgets, forecasting, reporting, and performance dashboards.
Stay updated with digital trends and lead the adoption of new technologies and best practices.
Collaborate with sales, product, creative, and senior leadership to align growth objectives.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (Master's preferred).
3+ years of experience in digital marketing with at least 1 years in a leadership role.
Proven track record of driving significant growth through performance marketing.
Strong expertise in SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, content marketing, email automation, and analytics.
Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, or similar.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
Excellent leadership, project management, and communication skills.
