We're on a mission to bring smart, safe, and sustainable products to every Indian home--and we're looking for a digital-first marketing leader to help us scale this vision online.
Role Summary
As Head of Digital Marketing, you will lead our online growth across all channels--from performance marketing to brand building. You will drive strategy, execution, and optimization for all digital initiatives across marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart), D2C website, and social media.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Strategy: Develop and execute a 360 digital marketing strategy aligned with business goals (growth, awareness, conversions).
Performance Marketing: Lead paid campaigns on Meta, Google, Amazon Ads, etc. Track ROI and CAC.
Website & D2C Growth: Drive traffic, conversion, and retention on Shopify (or similar). Own SEO, email flows, CRO.
Social Media & Content: Oversee social strategy and content calendars for Instagram, YouTube, etc.
Marketplace Marketing: Collaborate with ecommerce team to optimize visibility and sales on Amazon, Flipkart.
Team & Agency Management: Build and manage a high-performing internal team and external partners.
Analytics & Reporting: Monitor KPIs, dashboards, and data-driven decision making.
Requirements
5-10 years of digital marketing experience, ideally in FMCG/D2C/startups
Proven track record in performance marketing and scaling D2C brands
Strong understanding of Shopify, Google Analytics, and Meta Ads
Excellent creative judgment and campaign storytelling skills
Leadership experience with internal teams and/or agency partners
Self-starter with a hands-on mindset and strong execution focus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
