What you'll do
Own and execute the
full growth funnel
-- from
organic user acquisition to activation, retention, and conversion
Build
content-led funnels
including blogs, newsletters, and distribution experiments
Create and iterate on
lead magnets
(guides, reports, checklists, templates, etc.)
Write and optimize
landing page copy
with a strong focus on conversion
Build and manage
email journeys
(welcome, nurture, follow-ups)
Run
hands-on CRO experiments
(hooks, CTAs, layouts, messaging, offers)
Contribute to or build landing pages using no-code tools
Track performance and learn from what works (and what doesn't)
Build
organic growth loops
through content, email, and experimentation
Your work will directly shape how the product grows sustainably and how unit economics improve over time.
What we're looking for
Experience & skills
2-3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, growth, or content roles
Strong
writing and messaging skills
with a conversion mindset
Experience working across multiple areas such as:
Content and distribution
Lead magnets
Landing pages
Email automation
Basic CRO and analytics
Comfortable executing independently in fast-paced environments
Mindset
High ownership -- you take ideas from concept to execution
Bias toward action and experimentation
Curious, self-driven, and fast learning
Comfortable with ambiguity and early-stage work
Nice to have (not required)
SEO or content strategy experience
Ran small growth or CRO experiments
Startup or small-team experience
Side projects (newsletters, blogs, landing pages, indie projects)
