About the Role:
We're looking for a
Digital Marketing Head
who can own, drive, and scale the entire digital presence of EcomEdge across
Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.
This is a leadership role meant for someone who can think strategically, execute independently, and build systems that grow both brand and business.
You won't just "manage platforms" --
You will
build the brand, shape the voice, lead campaigns end-to-end, and drive revenue-focused outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Digital Strategy & Leadership
Build and own the digital marketing roadmap for the company.
Establish a clear system for content, campaigns, and performance tracking.
Plan top-down brand strategy aligned with founders' vision.
2. Content & Creative Direction
Oversee content creation across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, email, and ads.
Create structured content calendars with measurable objectives.
Ensure brand presence stays consistent, fresh, and impactful.
3. Performance Marketing & Analytics
Plan and execute ad campaigns (Meta, Google, YouTube).
Analyse growth metrics, dashboards, and attribution data.
Take data-backed decisions to increase ROI and lower CAC.
4. Social Media Management
Lead overall execution for all channels end-to-end.
Identify trends, growth levers, creator opportunities, and platform-specific strategies.
Build community and maximise engagement organically.
5. Team Leadership & Cross-Function Ownership
Collaborate with content, ops, and founders directly.
Manage external vendors/creators/agencies when needed.
Drive accountability, timelines, and quality across the marketing function.
6. Brand Building & Growth
Build a strong brand voice that aligns with the eCommerce audience.
Own the storytelling, positioning, and messaging.
Create campaigns that drive visibility, conversions, and community trust.
What You MUST Bring
4-8 years of experience in Digital Marketing (eCommerce preferred).
Proven track record in building and scaling brand visibility across multiple channels.
Strong understanding of content, performance marketing, and consumer psychology.
Ability to think strategically andexecute independently.
Ownership mindset: "If it's marketing, it's mine."
Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
Ability to work directly with founders and drive outcomes.
Working hours:
Full-time role - 11AM - 8PM
Working days:
Monday to Friday (5 Days Work Week)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
