Google Ads
, campaign strategy, performance optimisation, and managing revenue-driven marketing operations.
This is a leadership role where you will guide a small digital team, take ownership of performance, and scale our paid marketing across multiple international markets.
Key Responsibilities
Google Ads Leadership (Primary Responsibility)
Lead end-to-end strategy and execution of
Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Display & YouTube)
.
Manage and optimise large-scale budgets with focus on ROAS, CAC, AOV & revenue growth.
Oversee
Shopping feed optimisation, Merchant Center, and Shopify product feed
Develop and lead the overall digital growth plan for international markets (primarily USA).
Drive performance across paid channels--Google Ads (primary), Meta Ads, remarketing, and other funnels.
Collaborate with content, creative, and landing page teams to improve CTR, CVR and LTV.
Monitor pixel tracking, GA4 analytics, UTMs & marketing attribution accuracy.
Constantly analyse competitor strategies, market trends & customer behaviour.
Team Leadership
Manage a small digital team of 3-5 members (ads, design, content).
Set monthly KPIs, monitor team performance & provide strategic direction.
Improve team execution quality, processes, reporting standards and campaign hygiene.
Required Skills & Experience
5-7 years experience
in digital marketing for
international e-commerce brands
(USA preferred).
Must be
exceptional
in Google Ads with proven success in scaling e-commerce revenue.
Strong experience in
Shopping Ads, Performance Max, Merchant Center & Shopify feeds
.
Ability to analyse large datasets and present actionable performance insights.
Strong communication, leadership, decision-making & team management skills.
Experience handling budgets of USD $20K-$100K+ monthly (or similar).
Good to Have (Optional)
Working knowledge of Meta Ads / TikTok Ads for e-commerce.
CRO understanding (A/B testing, LP optimisation).
Experience with email automation tools (Klaviyo, Mailchimp).
Google Ads Certifications.
