General Objective



We seek Digital Marketing Head who will plan, execute, and manage online marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness and generate leads. Key responsibilities include developing strategy, managing budgets, overseeing digital channels like SEO/SEM and social media, and collaborating with creative teams.

Duties and Responsibilities



Strategy and planning:

Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across various channels, including SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising.

Campaign execution:

Manage the creation and deployment of campaign assets and content. This includes overseeing social media presence, managing paid advertising (like Google Ads), and ensuring high-quality content is published on a regular schedule.

Performance analysis:

Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign success and ROI. Use data to identify trends, provide insights, and make strategic adjustments.

Optimization:

Optimize content, landing pages, and user experience to improve conversion rates and drive traffic. Conduct A/B tests to refine campaigns.

Budget management:

Develop and manage campaign budgets, allocating resources effectively to achieve objectives.

Collaboration:

Work with cross-functional teams (designers, developers, content creators) and external agencies to ensure seamless campaign execution and to brainstorm new ideas.

Required skills and qualifications



Experience of atleast 5 years in Digital Marketing field Experience in managing digital marketing campaigns and channels. Strong analytical skills and familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics. Experience with specific platforms like Google Ads, social media, and email marketing tools. Knowledge of SEO, PPC, and content marketing. Excellent communication and project management skills. Ability to work with a budget and manage multiple priorities.

Pay: ₹120,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
